Welcome
The CHS Community Wellbeing and Support Clinic provide short-term counseling and case management services to ODU students at no extra cost. Services are provided by master's level counselors or undergraduate human services trainees in the advanced training phase of their programs of study. All counselor and human services trainees are supervised by doctoral site supervisors, who are supervised by a licensed clinical director.
Counseling services will be offered face-to-face or online. Telemental counseling services are made available via HIPAA-compliant online platforms including Supervision Assist and Secure Zoom.

Scheduling Appointments

Appointments can be made via email, in person, over the phone, or through the website.

Upon scheduling your initial appointment, you will receive a confirmation email including instructions for the day of your appointment.

Walk-ins are welcome; however, students who walk-in cannot be guaranteed that they will be seen on the same day. Appointments are recommended to ensure the availability of a counselor.
